We recognise that a feasibility study is often the first step in the construction process, and is a useful way of exploring various options and ideas which can be presented to the local authority as a pre-application enquiry. We work with clients to prepare an initial brief, explore various design options, and produce an outline scheme which can be developed further, typically on to the planning application stage. Our feasibility studies aim to provide design ideas and documentation to support our clients through the next stages of their project.
